As the author of this blog and newsletter I channel more than 35 years as a retired, experienced HBCU professor and administrator into analyzing problems related to racial and social injustice, health equity and discussions of laws and policies that negatively impact people of color. As author of the book, Stay Woke: Our Fight for Truth and Justice, and an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine, the goal is to always provide a deep-dive analysis of controversies to counter misinformation and disinformation concerning social and racial equality across voting rights, education, housing, criminal justice, health disparities and more.
